Messrs Suhaimi, Yahya Co. commenced its legal practice in Butterworth, Penang on 1st June 1996 with two 2 partners Encik Suhaimi Bin Salleh and Encik Yahya Bin Sa’rani Later in 1997 Messrs Suhaimi, Yahya Co established its branch office in Kuala Lumpur Parit Buntar office commenced its operation in 2002 as an off shoot/branch of the Butterworth office The Kota Damansara office meanwhile commenced its operation in October 2013 Our Sg Petani office was officially opened on the 20th of October 2014.
Encik Suhaimi Bin Salleh was called to the Bar in 1987 and formerly practised under the name and style of Messrs JB Lim, Suhaimi Khaw from April 1988 until October 1993 From 1993 to 31 st May 1996 he was in practice with Mr Khaw Cheow Poh under the name and style of Messrs Suhaimi, C P Khaw Co.
Effective from 1 st June 1996 the firm of Messrs Suhaimi, Yahya Co took over the practice of Messrs Suhaimi, C P Khaw Co with the demise of Mr Khaw Cheow Poh.
In July 2002 Encik Yahya Bin Sa’rani elected to leave law practice but the firm resumed practising under the name and style of Messrs Suhaimi, Yahya Co with new partners and assistants.
